Apply for a Legal Entity Identifier (LEI)
Whether you are a new or existing issuer on our exchange on either one of our internationally respected markets, we have created an LEI application process that ensures that you remain compliant with the framework set out by the Financial Stability Board (FSB) and echoed in MiFID II [1] / MiFIR [2] and MAR [3].

Step 1: Registration of data
To kick-off your LEI application, you will first need to fill out your authorisation letter, request form and application form before sending back to the signed and completed documents to LuxSE via bolide@luxse.com. You can find everything you will need below:

Step 2: Verification and validation of data
Once you have sent the required documents, sit back as we take over the next step and carefully verify and validate the information that you provided.

- Check that all required fields on the LEI application form have been duly completed
- Check that the LEI request form has been duly completed
- Check that the authorisation letter has been duly completed and signed by a person authorised to represent the legal entity
- Check that all the information provided in the required documents is correct
Step 3: Delivery of LEI code and invoice
Once your LEI applicate has been processed and approved, you will receive an email from bolide@luxse.com containing an invoice and your LEI code.

- Existing issuers
- Free of charge
- EUR 150* per LEI code per year
- EUR 500* paid upfront for the LEI code allocation (first year) + LEI renewal in the four following years
