A specialist in Private Equity, Mr Kinsch founded and led the EY Private Equity practice. He also led the Private Equity fund practice for EY in EMEIA.
Before becoming President of LuxSE, Mr Kinsch was the Country Managing Partner of EY Luxembourg and a member of several EY European regional leadership teams and committees.
Mr Kinsch holds an M.B.A. from INSEAD, Fontainebleau and post-graduate and graduate degrees from the University of Paris-Dauphine.

Françoise Thoma is the Vice-President of the Board of Directors of the Luxembourg Stock Exchange (LuxSE), a member of its Audit, Risk and Compliance Committee, its Remuneration and Nomination Committee, as well as its Strategic Committee.

<div>A lawyer with qualifications from Université de Paris II and Harvard Law School, Ms Thoma worked as a Référendaire at the European Court of Justice before joining Spuerkeess in 1999 where, since then, she held the roles of Secretary General and Head of Secretary General Department as well as Executive Vice President and Member of the Executive Committee before becoming CEO and President of the bank in 2016.</div>
Mr Ahlborn is the Managing Director of Banque de Luxembourg. Having joined Banque de Luxembourg in 1988, Mr Ahlborn became a member of the bank’s Executive Committee in 1998.
In addition to his role as Managing Director, Mr Ahlborn is a member of the Board of Directors and Treasurer of the Red Cross, Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Philharmonie and a director of various organisations that also include the Luxembourg Banker's Association (ABBL), Fondation Idea and André Losch Fondation.

Mr Bourgues began his career as a consultant with Marine Consulting in 1995. He joined Banque CPR as Front Office and Risks Project Manager in 1998, where he stayed until 2014, occupying roles such as Manager of IT Development and Project Ownership for CPR Asset Management, Operations Manager and member of CPR Asset Management’s Executive Committee.
In 2014, he was appointed Deputy CEO of CACEIS Bank France and CACEIS Fund Administration before being elected to the role of Managing Director in 2017.
Mr Bourgues holds a degree from the engineering school ISEP (Avionics and Large Projects option).
Mr Burch is in charge of personal and private banking, as well as wholesale banking. This includes international wealth management and investments, as well as the offering for large corporates, institutional, and investment fund clients in the areas of lending, hedging solutions, payment and cash management, and fund services (depositary and custody).
Mr Burch started his career at the Boston Consulting Group (BCG), working in financial services across Europe and the US. In 2013, he joined BHF Kleinwort Benson Group as COO in London. Post Brexit, he worked for BlackRock Switzerland as COO, and in 2019, moved to Hungary as Country Manager for BlackRock.
Mr Burch has extensive experience in strategy, M&A, and transformation projects and is an expert in asset management, private banking & wealth management, as well as institutional clients.

Mr Carcy began his career in 1995 in Paris in asset management with BNP Paribas, Euronext, and Rothschild before joining Crédit Agricole Indosuez's structured finance activities in Paris, Singapore, and Jakarta.
He joined Indosuez Switzerland in 2000, where he created and developed the Private Equity fund platform. In 2012, he became the Global Head of the Private Markets line for the Indosuez Group.
He was appointed Managing Director of CA Indosuez Wealth (Asset Management) in 2016 and became the Global Head of the Asset Management business line of Indosuez in 2019.
Prior to taking on his current position of CEO of Banque Internationale à Luxembourg (BIL), Mr Dentzer occupied different senior management positions within BIL, including Deputy CEO, Chief of Luxembourg Market and Corporate and Institutional Banking (CIB), Head of Corporate and Institutional Banking, Head of Large Corporates and Structured Finance and Head of Institutional Banking.
He started his career at Dexia-BIL and moved on to Spuerkeess before coming back to BIL.
Mr Dentzer holds a degree in Economics and Business Management from the University Louis Pasteur in Strasbourg, France. He also holds a Postgraduate Diploma in Management from the Surrey European Management School, England.

From 1997 until 2017, Mr Fischer was a board member of the Luxembourg Investment Fund Association (ALFI) and ALFI President from 1998 until 2001. In addition to this, Mr Fischer was also the Director of the Commission de Surveillance du Secteur Financier (CSSF) from 1998 to 2011.
LL.M. holder and graduate of the Diplomatic Academy of Vienna, Mr Fischer is also an inaugural member of the Alumni hall of fame, as well as former Visiting Professor at HEC and the Law faculty of the Université de Liège for the Investment Fund Industry chair.
Mr Kieffer is the Director of Treasury and Secretary General at the Luxembourg Ministry of Finance.
Since 2024, Mr Kieffer also serves as Chairman of the Board of Directors of BGL BNP Paribas, where he started his career in finance back in 2006.

With more than 30 years of experience in finance, Mr Kohll spent over 25 years in various leadership roles in global markets and institutional clients, also sitting on the boards of LaLux and Encevo, contributing to the broader financial ecosystem in Luxembourg.
Mr Kohll holds a master’s degree in economics and econometrics from the University of Paris 1 Panthéon-Sorbonne.
In addition to being Chairman of the Board of Directors of Foyer Global Health S.A., Mr Lauer is also a director of Foyer S.A., Foyer Assurances S.A., Foyer Vie S.A., WEALINS S.A. and CapitalatWork Foyer Group S.A. and sits on the boards of Commissariat aux Assurances (CAA) and Association des Banques et Banquiers, Luxembourg (ABBL).

The following year, Mr Thelen became the Director of International Affairs before being nominated for the role of Director General in 2014. Until 2019, he was also the Chief Economist of the Chamber of Commerce.
Mr Thelen represents the Chamber of Commerce in different working groups and councils in Luxembourg institutions and holds a master's degree in Economics from the Catholic University of Louvain in Belgium.

Since 2014, Mr Thurmes works for the Luxembourg Ministry of Finance, where he currently is the director in charge of financial services policy and regulation and financial stability.
Mr Thurmes started his career at the Luxembourg Ministry of Foreign Affairs before joining the Commission de Surveillance du Secteur Financier (CSSF) in 2005, where he occupied a number of different positions over the years, including Deputy Head of the Single Supervisory Mechanism (SSM) Department.
Mr Thurmes holds a master’s degree in International Management from the Université Louis Pasteur, Strasbourg.
Mr van Kerkhoff started his career in Fortis Bank as Head of Risk Management for the Brokerage Custody and Clearing activity in the Netherlands, became COO of Fortis Bank in Spain and joined BNP Paribas as Head of Asset and Fund Services (AFS) in Spain.
In 2013, Mr van Kerkhoff became Deputy Head of AFS Operations, based in Paris, building and managing the global operational model of fund services worldwide before going on to be appointed as Head of the Netherlands and the Nordics at Securities Services in 2015.
Mr van Kerkhoff is also a board member of the Luxembourg Alternative Administrators Association (L3A) and holds a bachelor's degree in Business Economics and master's degree in Economics.
Before joining CIMC, Mr Goy worked for the Commission de Surveillance du Secteur Financier (CSSF) for some 20 years, where he was the Head of the International Affairs Department representing the CSSF within a number of international forums. Mr Goy is currently the Chairperson of the Board of the Association of the Luxembourg Fund Industry (ALFI) and a Member of the Investment Fund Managers Committee of the CSSF.
He lectures in regulation of the financial sector at the University of Luxembourg and is the Vice-President of the Board of the Luxembourg Institute of Socio-Economic Research (LISER).
Mr Goy studied law at the University of Montpellier, where he earned a Master of Laws degree and a postgraduate degree in intellectual property law.
