The Senior Compensation & Benefits Officer is a key advisor to the LuxSE’s staff and managers. Several key Human Resources workflows are managed by the Senior Compensation & Benefits Officer in collaboration with the Humam Resources team members.
The Senior Compensation & Benefits Officer, under the supervision of the Head of Human Resources, ensure the smooth, compliant execution of payroll processes. The Senior Compensation & Benefits Officer deep knowledge of HR policies and practices will play a critical role in maintaining the company's compliance and operational efficiency regarding payroll and compensation & benefits operation.

- Oversee and manage the full payroll process, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements
- Process regular and complex payroll reports including accounting reconciliation files for the Finance department, Budget, HR file for Nomination and Remuneration Committee
- Point of contact for internal and external audits including tax controls
- Communicate various reward schemes to employees, providing tailored advice, and train other HR team members to ensure consistent and accurate guidance
- Contribute to the management of various benefits schemes (company car, complementary health insurance, pension scheme, etc.) and manage external providers
- Participate to various Human Resources projects
- Ensure compliance with payroll regulations, tax laws, and statutory requirements.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Finance or related field
- Minimum 10 years of experience in a similar position including internal payroll activities
- Expert knowledge of Luxembourg social and tax legislation
- In depth experience with payroll systems and benefits administration
- Excellent command of Excel (VLookup, PivotTable)
- Knowledge of the Collective Bargaining Agreement of the Banking Sector is an asset
- Able to professionally handle sensitive and confidential information
- Strong team work spirit
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and French.
