HR Compensations & Benefits Officer (f/m)
Luxembourg Stock Exchange is looking for an:
HR Compensations & Benefits Officer (f/m)Fixed-term contract of 9 months

Tasks/missions
• Manage the calculation of salaries within the framework of the Collective Work Bank Agreement
• Control the time management tool (DSK)
• Handle all the administrative tasks concerning our employees (sickness, annual leave, homeworking, …)
• Contribute to the regular review and implementation of the benefits program (car leasing, insurance, pension plans, etc..)
• Prepare monthly and yearly reports related to compensation and benefits matters
• Be responsible for ensuring compliance with social security and local law and regulations.
• Control the time management tool (DSK)

Profile
• BAC+3 in Human Resources/Accounting/Finance or any relevant field
• At least 2 years of experience as a Compensation & Benefits or Payroll Officer in Luxembourg
• Current knowledge of payroll processes and procedures
• Good knowledge of legislation relevant to payroll
• Comfortable with common HR practices and processes
• Excellent use of all Microsoft applications
• Oustanding written and oral communication skills in French, any other language is considered an asset
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
• Excellent organizational skills
• Ability to adapt fast in a new environment
• At least 2 years of experience as a Compensation & Benefits or Payroll Officer in Luxembourg
